Team Setup - Define the teams and groups that you manage in one place. You control the name, information, and reminder email/text messaging schedule in this section. If you manage a book club, a networking group, and a softball team you can set all of them up right here! Learn more and watch video

Active Teams - The Active Teams summary page gives you a quick snapshot of your current groups overall allowing you to view the next event for each, send an email or SMS message, or quickly check how much is still owed in fees or dues. If your paddle tennis group only meets in the Winter and it's the middle of Summer, just make that team or group "inactive" until you need to access it again. Calendar - This online calendar lists all your events, deadlines, and seasons. Users can view it in monthly, weekly, or daily layouts or as an event listing. The calendar works together with the location manager allowing you to quickly add new locations and provide your team with door to door directions through Google Maps, and with the Project Manager to show deadlines and due dates. Contacts - Use this screen to manage all your member information. From the basics like name, email, and phone number to details such as parent contact info and shirt size - this is the place to be! Each member you place in your Contacts can be added to any of your Active Groups with the click of a mouse. Forum - This online communication system is set up to encourage interaction and stimulate discussion amongst the group.
